My career has always been focused on understanding and developing humans in the workplace often in busy, high pressure and commercial environments. I am passionate about people development and regularly invest in my own continual professional development, which in turn benefits my clients.

I'm an expert in Leadership, Talent & Organisational development; a Business Psychologist (MSc) and Executive Coach (Henley).

I’m also an accredited Insights Practitioner.

I have a broad knowledge across a range of psychological disciplines including Gestalt, Human-Centred and Psychodynamics.

In addition, I’m a qualified NLP Practitioner.

With 3 decades of experience across FTSE 100 companies and having worked in different cultures and global companies, I have a deep understanding of remote, matrix and cross-cultural leadership.

I’ve coached successors to board level positions and advised senior leaders on how to develop culture and mindsets within their functions. I have also designed programmes for colleagues who are emerging or new to leadership. I am highly skilled in the design and delivery of talent and leadership programmes.
